4。5 stars for this grumpy/not quite sunshine hockey player romance！ Th3 reason I say not quite sunshine is because although Stevie isn’t the growly grump that Greer is， she’s less sunny and more fierce and fiery。 All in the very best way。 And hockey-loving daughter Macie takes right after her…but even more spirited and hilarious。They start to spend a lot of time together when Greer helps train Macie to join the hockey team。 Things start out bumpy but of course turn steamy…very steamy。 And his he 4。5 stars for this grumpy/not quite sunshine hockey player romance！ Th3 reason I say not quite sunshine is because although Stevie isn’t the growly grump that Greer is， she’s less sunny and more fierce and fiery。 All in the very best way。 And hockey-loving daughter Macie takes right after her…but even more spirited and hilarious。They start to spend a lot of time together when Greer helps train Macie to join the hockey team。 Things start out bumpy but of course turn steamy…very steamy。 And his hearts three sizes， at least！Great chemistry， between all three of them， funny banter and even some semi-sweetness from Greer。 I loved it。 。。。more

Greer and StevieGrumpy Greer finally gets his HEA， and man was it steamy。 Who would have thought the grumpy goalie would fall so hard for the single mom and her 10 year old daughter who loved to mess with him just as much as she loves hockey。 Greer， Stevie and Macie made for a story filled with humor， steam， and plenty of banter。 I loved that this was not an insta love and it took time for Greer and Stevie’s relationship to change from enemies to lovers。 Greer insisted he didn’t believe in love， Greer and StevieGrumpy Greer finally gets his HEA， and man was it steamy。 Who would have thought the grumpy goalie would fall so hard for the single mom and her 10 year old daughter who loved to mess with him just as much as she loves hockey。 Greer， Stevie and Macie made for a story filled with humor， steam， and plenty of banter。 I loved that this was not an insta love and it took time for Greer and Stevie’s relationship to change from enemies to lovers。 Greer insisted he didn’t believe in love， and after living through his mom’s three， now four marriages and his dad’s multiple baby mamas， it’s not hard to see why。 But Stevie and Macie burrowed their way in， and his lightbulb moment was epic。 Greer and Stevie had some definite hurdles in their relationship and a lot of those could be attributed to Greer’s inability to communicate。 He’s used to communicating in grunts and growls and says things without thinking in the heat of the moment。 But he also has no problem apologizing， and that’s what really won me over with him。 He’s definitely not a perfect man， but he owns his flaws and mistakes。 I loved his relationship with his mom and his connection with Macie。 Macie kind of stole the show with this one。 I felt like if Greer hadn’t connected with Macie so easily he wouldn’t have given Stevie a chance。 And if Stevie hadn’t seen his softer side with Macie， her hatred of Greer wouldn’t have turned into love。 Overall， a good read。 There was plenty of hockey and an abundance of steam。 Greer and Stevie ended up being a spectacular couple。 。。。more

This series is so good and I love all of them so much。 The characters are always well developed and the stories are just a joy to read， and Glove Save is no different。 I loved Stevie and Greer， the way they’re both adamant about not getting into any type of relationship with each other and the gradual connection that they have。 I also loved Greer’s relationship with Macie and the way that develops over the course of the book。 A classic， fun hockey romance， with depth but it never gets too heavy。

Teagan does it again！ These Carolina Comet players have my heart。 I'm going to be honest。。。I was not a Greer fan， he was grumpy and just rude in the previous books。。。。but now that I know why he is the way he is， it's love。 Stevie deserves all the happiness in the world， she's a single mom to Macie and is just trying to give her a good life。 Her last relationship/marriage didn't end up the way she thought it would。。。。but she chose herself and her daughter。 Macie is obsessed with hockey。。and when Teagan does it again！ These Carolina Comet players have my heart。 I'm going to be honest。。。I was not a Greer fan， he was grumpy and just rude in the previous books。。。。but now that I know why he is the way he is， it's love。 Stevie deserves all the happiness in the world， she's a single mom to Macie and is just trying to give her a good life。 Her last relationship/marriage didn't end up the way she thought it would。。。。but she chose herself and her daughter。 Macie is obsessed with hockey。。and when circumstances lead to Greer owing Stevie a favor it's easy to see how Macie getting lessons is the logical option。 Slowly Greer's frosty exterior is chipped away。。。and when you get a glimpse of dominant/controlling in the bedroom。。。hello， it's everything。 Teagan really has such a unique way of bringing these characters to life and creating these special bonds with each and everyone of the characters she brings to life。 。。。more

The grumpier…the harder they fallGreer…oh Greer， what is there to say。 You were one grump jackazz。 And you feel for not 1 but 2 girls like a ton of bricks。 I loved this book so much。 I actually think it’s my favorite in the series actually。 And can I just say that epilogues and BONUS epilogues are everything。 I hate rushed endings and open ended endings so much。 So although I wanted more…like lil Greers I was so thankful for the bonus。

If I wasn’t so determined to finish a book after dnf’ing a bunch then this would have been a dnf too。 Greer was a jerk， he and Stevie had no chemistry or real build up it just went from “we don’t like each other” to “we’re in love”， and idk there was barely even a plot？ Not to mention the fact that Greer saves Stevie from getting assaulted at a bar in one of the first few chapters and then basically holds it over her head the rest of the book， and makes her feel like she owes him。

Teagan Hunter is one of the authors I automatically 1-click， usually without even reading the blurb。 Her books are sassy， funny， emotional， and just about any other emotion you want to add to that list。 And her snarky sense of humor speaks to my sarcastic soul。 I’m not a huge fan of sports romance， but I am a pretty big Teagan Hunter fan， so there was no question about whether I would give her Carolina Comets series a chance， and after reading the first two， I was officially here for all of them Teagan Hunter is one of the authors I automatically 1-click， usually without even reading the blurb。 Her books are sassy， funny， emotional， and just about any other emotion you want to add to that list。 And her snarky sense of humor speaks to my sarcastic soul。 I’m not a huge fan of sports romance， but I am a pretty big Teagan Hunter fan， so there was no question about whether I would give her Carolina Comets series a chance， and after reading the first two， I was officially here for all of them！ Glove Save is book six， and I’m nowhere near ready for this series to end。 Greer is the ultimate grump。 Stevie is the sassy single mom with an equally sassy daughter in Macie。 Put them together， and you know it’s going to be explosive。 And with Macie’s determination and lack of filter， you can’t help but love her。 This story wouldn’t be complete without the fun and funny texting between our main characters， either。 The heat level is pretty spicy， so keep that in mind。 It pushed the limits for me for what I’m comfortable with， but if I’m going to allow anyone to push my boundaries， it will be Teagan Hunter。 Once again， she delivers just the right mix of fun， emotion， and romance （with a spicier steam level）。 You’re not going to want to miss this one。 。。。more
